Healthy for
Did you know air inside the home can be up to 5 times
more polluted than the air outside? Now more than
ever, indoor air quality is being prioritized. Recent code
changes for new construction homes require that certain
standards are met to promote circulation of fresh air.
There are two primary ways to meet this requirement:
1) THE BATHROOM FAN METHOD:
While this method technically meets code, neither you or
your home are receiving any of the benefits that the code
requirement was designed to provide.
This method:
• Depressurizes your home
• Allows outside air in through any available leaks in
the building envelope such as window & door seams,
drain up-flows, and attic space
• Does not measure, filter, or control the air in any way,
meaning it may be carrying excess moisture, allergens,
mold spores, or virus particles

2) OUR METHOD:
Included
We’ve chosen to include an industry-leading Aprilaire®
whole-house fresh air ventilation system
because we believe it’s the best choice available for both
you and your home.
This system provides fresh air ventilation, air purification,
and humidity control to circulate clean, healthy air
throughout your home.
According to ASHRAE*, the most effective way to prevent
proliferation of airborne viruses is by installing a wholehome Healthy Air System containing three elements:
HUMIDITY
CONTROL
FRESH AIR
VENTILATION
AIR
FILTRATION
